As a member of our strategic growth plan, you will be responsible for coordinating our annual career programme calendar within schools and empowering young people aged 11-16 to seize every opportunity. The career programmes include in-school career events as well as taking students out of school and into the workplace to participate in exciting work experience opportunities. We are looking for someone with energy, flexibility, and a zest for life to inspire and motivate these students to achieve their full potential.
You’ll work closely with a variety of audiences, from head teachers and career leaders to senior business leaders and like-minded representatives from similar organisations. With each day presenting new and exciting challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a unique and rewarding role.

Title: Programme Coordinator
Location: The Assembly Hall, Victoria Building, Victoria Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 3AP
Plus events and meetings at various schools, businesses and organisations in and around the Tees Valley. On occasion travel wider may be required (prior notice given).
Hours: 40 Hours, 9am – 5pm, Mon – Fri. Flexibility is needed at times to cover business requirements (prior notice given)
Salary: £25,000 with pension, reasonable out of pocket expenses will also be reimbursed.
Length of contract: Permanent, including 6 month probation period
