In a new addition to our blog we will be giving you recent updates on the young people that get involved with the High Tide Foundation through our numerous schemes. We’d like to introduce to you, Student Success Stories.
News and PR, Student Stories
In the first instalment from Student Success Stories, we’re featuring the talented Jack Holmes, who got involved with the High Tide Foundation through his participation in our Summer Scheme in 2015. It was during this time that he spent a week placement at TV, film and video production company, Ithica Films in Middlesbrough. You can see what he had to say about his experience by clicking below.
Through our student success stories, we aim to demonstrate exactly what the benefits are of getting involved in a High Tide Foundation run programme, and why they are so valuable for young people when making that first step into the world of work. We will ask students to share with you the impact that their High Tide experience has had on them, for example if it’s made them more confident in their ability, it’s given them more awareness of the career opportunities in their desired field, or if it’s actually given them an idea for what they want to do in life.
If you’d like to chat to us about our programmes and how we could potentially help you kick start your career, or if you’ve been involved with High Tide and would like to share your story on our blog, email Lauren Bywater on info@hightidefoundation.co.uk.
