Lynas Engineers Pledge Support to Teesside’s Young People
We’re delighted to welcome Teesside based Lynas Engineers, as the latest organisation to join our range of industry members! Having recently passed 100 members, Lynas Engineers have become the 101st business to offer support and industry insight for our region’s young people.
Industry Insight
Delivered with the help of the latest technology and design thinking, Lynas Engineers provide a modern and personal approach to engineering design. Based at Redcar’s Wilton Centre, the engineering design experts provide services such as civil engineering, infrastructure design and highways and drainage engineering to a variety of national clients.
Industry members are crucial to enabling us to continue developing and delivering our range of industry-led programmes. These programmes place emphasis on strengthening skills, raising aspirations and increasing employment opportunities for students at schools and colleges across the Tees Valley. From an industry members perspective, being involved in such schemes provides the unique opportunity to bridge skills gaps and shape the region’s workforce of tomorrow.
Founded in 2016, Lynas also provide CAD services including 3D modelling for visualisation and clash detection, aiding assessment and planning for projects such as motorway and trunk road improvements, housing and industrial developments and industrial site security and infrastructure.
We now have over 100 businesses who have helped us on our journey over the past five years, including high profile international organisations such as Barclays and Emirates, nationally and regionally known firms such as Boots and PD Ports and local start ups like The Stottie Company.
